EKSPAN F range of restraint and guide bearings are designed to resist only horizontal forces induced into the structure.  These bearings are commonly used in conjunction with laminated elastomeric bearings which are designed to resist the vertical loads. 

Designed in accordance with BS5400-9

Load Capacities:

  • Vertical load capacity 0kN.
  • Horizontal load capacity up to 2,352kN.
  • Rotational capacity up to 0.01 radians (21F and 10F).
